Sure seems that way. No way anyone over 18 would bend to their parents like that. Last time my girlfriend's parents wouldn't let her come over was when we were in the 11th grade.
And if she is over 18, I have to wonder what type of conservatorship the parents have set up for this clearly mentally disabled adult.

That's helpful. Though he has no problem creating new rules such as warning in the RR now for things that have been done before (even by a mod!). For instance, we've been told not troll/flame in the HD and to take it to the RR. OK so I did.
