Okay, I'll advise here what I advised there -- use a VPN. Assuming your ISP is shutting you off when you torrent, using a VPN will stop them seeing what you're doing on your connection.
Additionally, what I hear over the last year or so is that IP holders are deliberately seeding their stuff on torrent trackers to sting downloaders. If you use a VPN, they won't be able to track you down and bitch at your ISP about you.

1) GET A VPN NOW. Spend the money. Do a quick search for "Best VPNs 2018" and pick one that sounds easy to manage & affordable.
You can't ever do any of the T word now without a VPN.
2) Find and join a private tracker site. Don't use public trackers, it's another trail of bread crumbs. (PM me)
The T word is still very much alive, just not as hot/heavy as in its heyday.
Oh and DON'T TRY IT AGAIN UNTIL YOU GET THAT VPN.
