It would never happen. We make too much money off you pieces-of-shit. Why declare war on a country that is willing to pay us for all of their needs? Why would we invade a country which, if ever a desperate situation arises, could simply take over Canada? All they would need to do is send their Mexican illegals across our borders to make mass refugee claims. Our infrastructure would collapse since we already process more immigrants to Canada than the rest of the world COMBINED does. It is just too much too ask, and the American dipshits know this. No force is required in their takeover.
