Some quotes I saw in regards to the passing of Betty White

I can’t decide if it’s a good thing that it happened before 2022 starts for us or if it signals the end of the world.

My sentiments exactly. How is God just or active in the world when all the joy/hope is dying everywhere, leaving nothing but misery and Mitch McConnell in its wake?

I want to tell that person that we have to be that joy, but I don't think it will be well recieved.

Unpopular opinion: I feel less sad because she was 99. I know she lived a full and happy life.

It is sad for sure, but I just feel differently about it than when someone young passes and it was unexpected. There weren't any reports of her being ill or feeling badly.I think that at least she didn't suffer then.

I don't think I allowed myself to feel it earlier. I feel like such a jerk now.

Also someone I've known for just a year let us know that his wife passed away also, I was much sadder about that earlier. What a wierd fucking day.

Too bad Gear isn't hear to tell us all how we don't really care and to call us all fake.

I thought it was cool that she passed. We all pass. Looks like hers was peaceful.

I remember her fabulous years long love affair with Allen Ludden. He hosted the original Password tv game show. She was a contestant and he fell in love with her and married her. Awesome stuff.

She had a GREAT life and was loved by everyone in her late years
