What's with the rumor Jen's connected to Chilltown?

Apparently she knows Will and Boogie, and they may have given her pointers on how to act in the house.

But I doubt the dumb, self-obsessed thing is acting. It doesn't give her an advantage in the game, it justs annoys the rest of the house.
