Mark, there are problems with duals. First off, we have found that most people who try to get duals here are often planning only trouble. Another problem is that duals gives one person multiple votes in any EI poll, thus it might allow them to control voting results some. Especially if they get their buddies to also get duals.

Duals should never be considered "harmless".
