....The people that made the initial repsonses (and the staff is reviewing this, but face it there are a lot of posts in these threads), haven't kept things going except to repond to RuReddy. It takes two to tango, as they say, and instead of PMing staff, RuReddy has kept responding. Once a Mod says to stop, it should stop. Let the staff have the time to review this.

You know, it really isn't that hard to skim through a page or two of posts. In fact, the first 90 or so posts were made from the dates of April 7 to April 12.

Today is April 25. So, the staff needs time to go over this thread, this thread where the majority of problems cropped up more than TWO WEEKS ago. They can't be that backed up, I see they got to Cait's warnable post in no time.

LoP, you do realize that being an enabler is a bad thing? If you feel you are fighting against a tide of animosity in the SL, perhaps you should take a leave of absence until the rest of the crackheads finish burning the board down.
 
Well Gonad, LoP has been to this site twice and has avoid this thread completely.

When I saw that message from him I had the same reaction as you. The staff has be sitting on all those replies for 2 weeks today, however I'm not be holding my breath until the staff come to any fast conclusion as to what to do.

If its anything like my last suspension where folks directly call me names and I did PM the admins. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me on that issue.
 
Yeah. The enabler is almost as much at fault as the abuser, but instead of feeling anger towards the enabler, we must feel pity for the person who needs to make excuses for the guilty.

There, there, LoP. We understand your hurt and pain. It must be very difficult to bear the burden of responsibility constantly on your shoulders. But realize that sometimes it takes more strength and garners more respect to cast off unjust burdens than to continue to carry the weight of others' defects.

Mary Rose, take note. This goes for you too. Perkulators unite! Which character from FK was the classic enabler again? I'm not sure myself. Nick was quite capable of enabling himself. Natalie only did it under pressure. Tracy (Tracey?) wasn't really enabling Vachon because she didn't necessarily see vampirism as wrong. Evil, yes. Wrong, maybe/maybe not. I think most people in the third season were enabling Tracey, telling her what they think she wanted to hear or something. Sort of like how Tracey enabled her dad throughout her parent's crumbling marriage. And how she took a small step towards NOT enabling her father when she quit the forensics accounting gig and went back to homicide. Of course, if she had listened to her dad, she'd probably still be alive.

I don't know. I think Nick. He certainly had the most issues. And while I love him to death his whole guilt trip thing "Everything bad that happens in the world is my fault because I'm so evil" got on my nerves after awhile. I wanted to pull a Cher moment in 'Moonstruck' and slap him and yell, "Snap out of it!"

Never thought I'd find another FK fan here. It's very cool.
 
I am a hopeless FK fan. Wish the third season would come out on DVD so I can complete my collection. I love how so many of the episodes can be described in a single sentence that makes it sound rediculous:

Nick joins a 12 step program
Nick joins a cult of sun-worshippers
Tracy goes undercover as a call-girl (a particularly stupid move given the context but what the hell!)
