Thanks. He's cute. Too bad Ferrets are illegal in California. So, I never seen one. Really, I haven't. Pretty sad, I know. But it's true. I heard they bite, that true? I'd love to have one as a pet.
 
I know. They're really pushing hard to legalize them, though. I had never seen one until the day I bought Bandit...didn't know a thing about them.

They do bite sometimes, but it's mostly for play purposes or if you smell good (food, perfume, lotion, etc.). I've only had one draw blood, but it was a big accident on his part (I bounced a ball behind him and he went to grab it and got my foot by mistake...oh, did I mention their sight isn't so great? That should make more sense now.).

They're really fun pets, though. They have the personality of a dog (very hyper and playful), but they're more like a cat when it comes to caring for them (and they're litterbox trained, too!).
 
^That was him asking to be let out of the cage. He knows how to tug on people's heart strings. :P

Nah...that was him just starting/finishing a yawn or something. I just happened to click the camera at the right time. :P
 
As for the other ferret...he's just sniffing a shoe! Ferrets are drawn to stinky things...well anything strong smelling (good or bad) is more like it.
