Allow me to modify that for you. There's a little cafe in New Orleans (Rue De La Course on Oak and Carrollton) that makes these. They call them Lagniappes.

1. Vanilla ice cream (preferably the good stuff with the beans still in it)
2. 1 shot of espresso. I recommend LaVazza, Cafe Kimbo, or Illy.
3. a small sprinkling of espresso grounds.
4. Praline Syrup
5. Blend
6. ????
7. PROFIT!!
 
I don't know, I think I'm going to have to go smoothy on this one. I make them at home too and they are divine! But they have ice cream in them too-so isn't that similar to a shake anyway?

I know, right. I don't remember the exact amount of praline syrup needed, but the way they make theirs is phenomenal. They use Blue Bunny ice cream.

Illy tis teh best, b/c they randomly, sekritly check the barista's skills, and take the product from the buisness if its not being prepared and served correctly. You should be able to get a perfect Illy Coffee wherever you are. ;)
 
If it didn't cost just under 20 buck for a quarter of a kilo, I'd definitely buy it.
 
I like Kimbo, when I can find it. Has a more chocolaty taste. The others are slightly too bitter or mellow.
