I got the sothink .swf decompiler, and extracted an .mp3 from a flash animation. Now I want to extract .wav clips from the .mp3. Software suggestions?

Yeah, I'm just not sure where to find a freeware .mp3 to .wav converter, and my thoughts on chopping only went so far as old-school soundrec.exe choppage, but XP doesn't seem to have soundrec.exe.
