My cat is cold

We had a strong cold front blow through here, and it rained like a cow pissing on a flat rock (AGAIN)-- and now it's about 35 degrees colder than it was yesterday at this time. He gets chilly when it gets below 60 outside, especially when it's damp because it's kinda drafty by his favorite window.

Poor little guy... he's sitting here looking all sad and stuff. Should I build him a fire?

When the weather gets cold, our cat jumps in my lap while I'm sitting in my Archie Bunker chair --usually when I'm trying to eat breakfast. He's 17lbs and doesn't like to take "no" for an answer.
