I've removed it this time, but do remember posting photos is not covered in the rules, and if you upload it in the public domain (such as Picture Hoster is, regardless of being Menty's or not), then it's there for everyone to see.

I will always err toward the side of the person asking me to remove it, but other admins may not be so like minded.

well the only place i have ever put it is facebook so i dont think it has any right being on here unless i post it. its my private pix.
