We got to Honda and was met by Ron at the front door who asked me what kinda Honda I wanted..

I told him that I liked the Honda CRV and the Fit.. Was interested in the Honda Element.

Next thing I know, he is telling me that with what I can afford for a monthly payment is the Honda Element.. I am thinking to my self the car is ugly and to big for me to drive, until he pulled up with the Black and Silver Honda Element with my name on it..

He sold me when he opened up the car and showed me all of the great things this car has..
I was in love and forgot all about the other cars..

Yeah, it's a big car and considered a SUV.. But its great for all the things that I want to do with it.. Camping, traveling and bring home big things that will not fit in my Accord..

Sales man Ron and Financial adviser Jimmy worked out a payment plan that I could not turn down. I am in debt for the next 6 years, but I will never have to worry..

I am now the proud owner of a 2008 Black and Silver Honda Element LX.
I call her Ellie for short..

This is the last person I saw at Honda before I got to drive away with Ellie.
Next to Him is my Fuzzy Pookie Tony.

The seats can flip up or come out to open up the back to put in a air mattress or plants, furniture or building stuff..

I thought this was going to be a kinky sex toy thread.

Still... nice ride.

lol, I am not showing pictures of that one :)
It has more horse power then the SUV..

And thank you.. I am loving my new car.. Last night we went for a drive after we left Honda and did not get home until after 2:30 am..

I love the Comicon philosophy.

"Fuck you if you think I'm going to let you enjoy anything"

Nice ride MK

I'm rolling in a Black Honda CRV nowadays.

Had to let the RS camaro go.

I wish they made a Camaro w/ the older style body or the rs body that worked and never broke down on you.

I don't like the new camaro's.

Standard or Automatic? I was checking the specs, interesting that the automatic gets better mileage than the standard. I drive 60k miles a year, mileage is the first thing I look at EVEN before price.

:D

It is an automatic. I'm not super thrilled with the mpg - 20 in town and 25 highway. The majority of their driving is on the highway though. She is going to let me drive it today. Touch me!

Hi MM..
it's a Automatic.. From what Ron was telling us. it's 20 miles in the city and 27 miles on the highway..

Of course, I have driven the car over 100 miles now and have not yet reached the half mark in my tank..

The Element is a great car for what I am going to be doing with it..
Camping and bringing home plants and building materials.

I dont know.. If I can not find the booster seat and platform shoes, you might not be driving it..

Oh gawd, dont tell me it's one of those cars only people with long legs can drive!! My little buggy is coming up on 240,000 miles and IF I give up my current line of work, I wont mind 20 MPG. there are things I want to buy that I can't because I cant fit it in my little car.

nah, just little people like mom need help driving it :)

I am 5'6'' and it fits me just fine..

And it is totally adjustable..

And that was my problem with the accord.. It's hard to bring home bushes and pot and plats, wood and furniture in that car..

Now I can get back to work on my garden..

Yeah, they passed a stupid law in this state about persons being of a certain height or less have to ride in a child safety seat. It is supposed to be for older children like 7 or so that people probably wouldn't put in a child safety seat. I'm not that short! I'm just not tall.
