What do you mean? They already have their own communities. It's hard to define who resides within the ghettoes in this country anymore.

^ Sorry, it was an off-color joke about our crap public school system, and mexicans emigrating over there. My bad.

Anyhow, I really don't see us giving them our top-grade stuff. Sure, it will be a F-22 fuselage, but we will install second tier avionics, which they will replace upon delivery. Sort of like what they've done with every other thing we've given them. Or, if we do give them top-grade stuff, it will just spur our R&D to develop the next generation of fighters.
