Yes, and No. Osiris kept a hard line on things that were not to be discussed, vicious personal attacks, and the too sexual posts. Sometimes he was too strict but, given the nature of the board, I wouldn't say it was unjustified. He was a bit narrow and unyielding in some instances where I thought he went overboard. But, overall, I think he did an A-1 job. He made a real effort to give regular attention to the many posters on the board so everyone would feel like they were part of the community. That made the board really click for a long time, especially considering KHC's appearances were few and far between. Osiris also did a very good job of not letting the board devolve into the kind of place where punctuation was viewed as pornographic. Really, his only flaw is he is a person with feelings that can get hurt, then he gets pissy and it takes him a long time, if ever, to get over it.
I still have my web pages devoted to Osiris - 100 Clues to Find Osiris. I've thought of freeing up the space for other projects but I haven't been able to let them go. There are all the quotes from so many of the members and it reminds me of the goofy fun we had back in the day.
