Once again, wierd shit at college.

So I'm walking around the college today, both classes got cancelled because the professor's didn't come in, and I see the wierdest thing.

It was a poster for a game.

This new game, started at some university, seems to be a really big hit at places like Cornell University. The Game's called Humans Vs. Zombies.

Apparently you gather a giant group of people who want to play, and they're the humans. Then, randomly chosen out of the people, one person has become infected or evolved into a zombie, they then in turn go after the humans playing the game. All people have to wear bandanas on their arms or heads (red for zombie, blue for human, except for the original zombie who gets to wear blue) as to show they're playing.

The entire bit is to see how long human's will survive. So that brings the question, How will the Humans survive Seeing as how EVERYWHERE is a kill zone (except dorms and classes)? Nerf guns simulating real guns. And you have to carry them everywhere. You can't kill zombies, but you can disable them for 15 minutes, which is just enough time to pick up your darts and run like hell.

So apparently some guy went and got this approved by the school and is going to run it next week.

It does sound fun. but Seriously, :wtf?:

I've played that before. The humans don't last long. My version involved copious amounts of beer.

We play that shit in Halo, just to one up the nerd factor here. Zombies use swords, humans use shotgun. Everyone starts on Brown team except for the first zombie, who's Green. Whoever the zombie kills changes to the Green team until there's one Brown man left, who's the winner and next first Zombie.

The kids love this one.
