To play in the arcade you must purchase a 30 day arcade pass from the store with credits earned from posting, stealing, bank interest, etc.

The pass is cheap (about 5 small posts a month for example). You can discuss the pass in this thread.

As usual, the rodent could not come up with a better solution. But because having to purchase a pass carries such negative connotations, they have to act like apologists for their own policy.
