It's good that they're ending it because the last few series weren't all that great. It was just "Jeremy's fallen in love with Mark's girlfriend while getting a blowjob from a teenage boy AGAIN!" every week.
 
I stopped watching near the beginning of season 7 when Mark jammed a fork in a toaster in an attempt to manipulate Dobby or something. The humor:vicarious shame ratio had just gotten way too low for me.
 
Yeah despite my MANY COMPLAINTS I think I still found every episode funny. Looking back at the old threads I always seem to post "good episode, can't remember all the lines!" Though sometimes I then post "MUCH BETTER THAN LAST WEEK'S" the next week.
 
IT WAS PRETTY GOOD. The bit at the end was probably a bit over the top, but it's not like they haven't been more over the top before. "Someone hasn't had enough tomato sauce on their bacon sandwich!"
 
The girl in the shoe shop was one of my favourite one shot characters and I never expected them to bring her back.

That was a good episode! It was good having drunk Sophie back. It made it feel like a proper episode. Or something.

Mark was right to have sex with April in the disabled toilets of the kid's play centre.

"Probably most people are below average."
 
When Sophie slipped into the ball pit (and "went balls deep") I really lolled.

And of course there was a line that was so incredibly funny and insightful that I was sure I'd never forget it and now I've forgotten it.
 
WELL IT'S OVER. I thought they might do a "happy" ending with Mark ending up with April, but what happened was more appropriate and in keeping with the show. I mean kidnapping someone's husband is never going to work really! It was a good episode and the ending made me feel "aww" and that's it. No more. EVER.

Mildly disappointed there was no Big Suze cameo.
