He said the right things, but I doubt he was speaking from any real, learned conviction. It's what he heard other reality show people say on TV whenever they show up the bully/villain in the house.
I really think there is nothing true or redeeming about him. If you took away his job & fame, he would crumble into dust.
That's just it – I can normally avoid him. He doesn't have his own TV show, so all I really have to do is stay off his website, and I'm covered. I don't watch E! or The Talk, so I don't often happen upon him by accident.
But now, he's infecting one of my favorite pasttimes. He must be destroyed.
But it's not like he's all that interesting as a villain -- he's simply unpleasant to watch. I would think he's driving viewers away more than enticing hate-watchers, which is what Ken and Katie have been doing.
