www.thepiratebay.org , one of the largest torrent sites in the world, rated as one of google's top 350 most-visited websites in the world will soon be adding another site to their armada: www.thevideobay.org . It will host streaming video embedded players like youtube. The exception is that it will allow ALL content to be hosted. I mean EVERYTHING with the exception of kiddie porn. This is massive. Imagine a vast library of video that you don't need to download bulky programs for. You just need to click "play". Fuckin cool.

Keeping true to its rule of piracy, The Pirate Bay has now officially announced plans for a new streaming video site similar to YouTube. Dubbed “The Video Bay”, this new site will offer uncensored streaming video. Basically what this means is that a week after the site is up, you’ll be able to watch Fast Times At Ridgemount High in a flash player as many times as you want, without paying a cent towards Sean Penn or Judge Reinhold.

Right now, surfing over to www.thevideobay.org brings you only this short message: “only open for beta- and dev-testers.
some is live, most is not. we will open for public when done.” Lovely. Hopefully we’ll see the beta go public very soon and then the next phase of the pirate movement shall commence!
