Pre Populated Fields

I know there is a setting to change this but I don't know how. Can anyone help me out?
I am not using my own computer this week. Everytime I log in, my name appears, and whenever I add Karma, the previuos one is there-same with the subject heading.
It is rather annoying.

Do you use IE? My ex had the same problem when he got his computer back from me. I sent him this message and he replied that it worked.

Tools > Internet Options > Content; under the section "Personal Information" > AutoComplete... -- Uncheck "Forms" and "User Names and Passwords on Forms" In the same window, under "Clear AutoComplete History" click on "Clear Forms"

I've never tried (obviously,) so just to be on the safe side also do this:

Tools > Internet Options > Advanced;

Uncheck
Browsing > Use Inline AutoComplete
