He'll win because there isn't a Republican out there who could beat him. They're all clowns and Bible-thumping car salesmen.
The Dems lost Congress in '94 but then Clinton came back and whooped Dole's saggy ass in '96. Because people didn't so much want change in 94 as they wanted to vent, and the GOP played the same blame game in '94 and '10 to play Americans like a $2 banjo. Then Americans realized after 94 that Clinton wasn't so bad after all, they were just expecting everything to change overnight without any opposition in Congress, which will never happen. Same thing now.
