Rented it out for the PS2 today. It's not bad even though I feel a little lost not knowing who half the wrestlers are.


Playing a season as Shawn Michaels. Story mode is a lot better than the past games and it's a harder too.

AND OMG WEIGHT FINALLY PLAYS A ROLE VICTORIA CAN NO LONGER SUPLEX BIG SHOW YEAH!

It's allright. I would never buy it because I would never waste my money on PS2 games but it's aight for a rental.
 
I've actually hardly played it, because it is barely different from the last one. I think they've pretty much found the PS2's limit with it now, and the updates are getting more and more 'EA-like'.
 
They did go a diiferent route with this one. Here comes the Pain actually has MORE features and about 14 more wrestlers. But the graphics are noticably better in this version and some refining has bene done.

I would be hard pressed to call it better than HCTP but I wouldn't say it's not as good either. It's a very polished game.


I've been playing it all morning, I'm leaving it alone for a while, almost at Wrestlemania where I will beat the shit out of HHH take the championship defend it once then send the game back to the video shop.
 
What they are offering, is more and more slots to create your own wrestlers. Loads of people spend weeks doing so until they look pretty much like the real thing. I can't be arsed to do so myself, so I just stick an Action Replay Max in my PC, and download other peoplessave-games with some f'in amazing CAWs on them.
 
They're a good laugh when played with some mates, Wacky. Grab a steel chair from under the apron and slam away!
 
I ditched HBK and made a created wrestler. He's pretty awesome. Looks like Christian Slater with white slicked back hair.

I spent about 2 hours+ making him and individually picking all the moves. He's a good wrestler, looks awesome and not stupid like most created wrestlers do when they are overdone.
