I have to get a '360 game for a gift, for a 24 year old male; who is into long sniper/army/strategy games.

Any recommendations?

How does fallout 3 fit the profile?

He has all the splinter cell's, and likes those games for the stealth aspect, u think COD4 will fit into the collection nicely?

Do u know much about COD5?

It's apparently going to be fairly good. Set in WW2 on the Pacific front. Given the graphics and the gameplay of CoD4, I'd say it'll be fun to play. Especially for those military types. And considering your locale, it should be much closer to home, historically.
