I like mine with mustard if it's standalone. There's a lot you can do with it. And from what I know about nutrition, it's better than taters. I think I'm switching..... permanently.
 
Potatos is the debil.

The body metabolizes potato into blood sugar faster than natural sugar. Or, in other words, potatoes are supercharged diabetes enhancers.

No better way to increase your insulin resistance and damage to your arteries than eating hash browns with pancakes and orange juice.
 
I prefer Medium grain premium Japanese rice. Nishiki if possible.
