He is absolutely right he was being favored by Shalamar. As when I made these same kind of posts in the OT, I was slammed with a warning on the spot. He made a 3 violations in three different threads and came up smelling like a rose, if he been treated like any of us he would have been suspended.

Here ^ Shal moves Kosh's post from the OT to the AQG to avoid giving him a warning. Why did she move it, other folks have gotten warning for the very same issue.

Then she views and ignores his very same kind of post here

She then views his third post here http://www.exisle.net/mb/index.php?showtopic=35194&st=0&p=831620&#entry831620 which is another violation and she ignores this also. Its all the same guideline that says don't bitch in the OT take it to the AGQ.

Perfect timing for me as I watched her go from thread to thread avoiding doing her job as a mod becasue its Kosh. She didn't give a single warning when she saw 3 violations by the same person made all within minutes of each other...11:17, 11:20 and 11:21

Of course, once she reads this, she'll come in with some convoluted horseshit about what the real story is with a liberal dash of "we're such babies here"...you know, the usual. ;)

Shall, darling, you don't have to convince me I know what you did and saw what you ignored. Not one other post has been moved from the OT to the AQG when it was in violation of the guidelines.
 
Well, if you notice, she didn't address the issue itself...because there's nothing she can say in her own defense. The record speaks for itself.
 
Actually it doesn't say I have to issue a warning - the operative word in the guidelines is 'may' not must- which doesn't even appear in that guideline.

and it really says alot about you Ru taking all that time to stalk me around EI, and assigning motives to what threads I looked at and in what order. You life sure must be an empty one if you have all that time to devote to me.

Actually my first cyber stalker, how sweet...
 
The OT guidelines reads like this

Article 5: Questions or Comments about Orbis Terrarum:
1) If you have any questions, comments or concerns about staff actions in OT, please address them via PM with the OT staff, board administrators or discuss it in AQG. Please keep moderation related concerns out of the OT threads themselves. This means that all moderation related concerns should be addressed in either AQG or via PM. Any attempt to address these concerns in OT will result in the thread being moved to AQG. The involved poster(s) will receive a warning that such conduct is prohibited. Any further violations may result in a official warning.

Shal moved the first post but completely ignored the other 2 violations. Which according to the OT guidelines, those 2 posts should have resulted in official warnings. One is still sitting on the board and nothing has been about it by any of the OT mods.

The 'may' is not there as a contrast to 'will.' It means that after a first free warning, a poster earns warnings in the official capacity as history has proven.

Kosh knew he was breaking the rules by posting on all three warnings threads used to suspend Ogami.

Shal knew she was giving Kosh a free ride.

I thought is was peculiar that Shal would be reading 'Ogami's Suspension' itemized warnings at the same time I was reading until I realized Kosh had posted violations on each of those threads.

Amazing that Shal hasn't been here lately, I wonder why???

Actually Ru, you are falling down as a cyber stalker - I haven't been at EI either...

I have been in the hospital, and unfortuantely I don't have a laptop.

Oh, and it looks like I've picked up another one. Two all just for me. I guess I'll just have to pull out the larger stew pot.

The secret IS in the sauce, ya know...
