For the last couple of days, the site has been extremely slow. Sometimes even timing out when trying to post a response. Anyone else experiencing this or know why it's happening?

Whenever this happens, I get a "sorry the admin has banned your IP address" message, so I has to switch to Opera if I want to see the board. Sometimes I think it's Fairpoint.
