So this new girl started working with me...

...at first i thought she was ok, but then she dared...

...oh wait, do you people know what i do???

Ok, i work in a residential home that has 6 clients that are mentally handicapped.

So this new girl starts & she immediately starts to order my clients/guys around & treat them like dogs~!??

I held my tongue until i couldn't hold it anymore & then i ripped the bitch a new hole!!!

She started ranting like a mad woman & made my guys feel uncomfortable. She ordered them around like servants & not like people with feelings.

I finally blew & told her this is NOT the way things work around here. She had one guy so nervous he about passed out. I told her what i thought of her & she kept saying "i didn't know i was doing that"...

...yeah, whatever the fuck sister!

This was my long weekend & after she left all the guys huddled around me & said they hated the new girl!

I dunno, i work with this cunt this Thursday, if she acts stupid i'll beat the shit outta the stupid cunt cause she will NOT upset the household!!

I've only begun to FUCK UP HER LIFE!!

How dare she come into a new job with some power trippin' attitude from hell!

I'll see her ass fired if she continues to cross me!

What position are you in? Do you have higher ups? If so, have you and your guys all complain. That should guarantee some action.

You mens, and I use that term loosely, must be a bunch of slackers if they had to call in the assertive bitch. Trust me Henny, this woman is letting you have attitude, you're going to wake up neutered and looking for a new job if you don't knock the drama queen shit off. We assertive cunts hate haughty homos.

In college I worked for four (I think) different ARC's which is what they call them here (Association for Retarded Citizens) and in the end I couldn't hack it because I either ended up with "clients" that I just couldn't deal with or more frequently because I couldn't handle the people I worked with. I mean it was always a spooky mix of great household and awesome clients and the Nazi* manager (who had me fired for not cleaning out two lunchboxes because she had found out I was going to tell the company owner that her and her son were buying supplies for the house then coming to snatch them (carloads of shit) third shift on the weekends (this woman spelled alcohol aclocho; consistently)) to the most easy going dudes and Legendary (was a major mental institution in the area up until the 50's) headstrong clients the worst of which hospitalized once which is saying something. Laker Girl has a point though - she could have been sent in on purpose. My advice is if you like your clients and they like you and you get along well enough with those that run the joint, document this bitches every fucking move. Show these documents regularly to levels of higher ups - you know.

I was off for 2 days & i heard she has calmed down & isn't so assertive & bossy anymore, i suppose she learned her lesson. She is a nice girl to talk with, just hope she keeps her attitude in check & takes things easy. Women always think they have to act tough & they usually overdo it in their attempt to be taken seriously.

A good friend of mine ended up working for the State DMR and makes nice money - a few years ago he had a real winner of a house manager come through. The guy was inane in lots of ways but the crux of it was he used to piss in cups when "nobody was looking" and pour them into the houseplants. Mi amigo is somewhat of a visual artist with a pen - he used to doodle on the corners of all kinds of house papers and shit and it used to get on the asshole managers nerves. Putting this together, Dave as it were drew - quite clearly - a hand pouring a glass into a potted plant on the back of some kind of weekly submission sheet. He had the pleasure of watching the dudes face when he saw it. He (mr. dckhead) asked to be transfered shortly thereafter.

I guess this will be usefull to you if you catch her pissing in cups huh!

Yes, this is the same thing i am experiencing. I can handle most of the clients, some are easier than others. Some of the co-workers tend to be lazy & just plain don't give a shit about the clients or the job. We have had co-workers buy food for themselves with link cards, steal clients money, and use the company vehicle for their own personal use. The guy i work with just got fired cause he was caught using the company vehicle for his own personal business & he was gone from work for almost 2 1/2 hours.

Have to be careful here Henoch. It is equally as wrong and annoying to be too "by the book" as it is to be not enough. You having a problem with the fact that some of the co-workers use the car for their own personal business is an example of "too by the book". I know you don't make the rules but you certainly shouldn't go out of your way to help enforce them if the rules being bent or broken aren't hurting the clients. You seemed more concerned with the fact that you are too guilty to do this on your own and less concerned about the clients well being. A great co-worker of mine uses the car for his own personal use, but in doing so he goes out to buy ingredients for a kick ass dinner so HE can eat, but in serving himself he also gets the clients a kick ass dinner and other staff. If the "higher-ups" were to find out about this, they'd have a problem with it, because techincally it is breaking the rules as he often buys items for his own house when doing this. But it's not something anyone who isn't looking for a petty battle should worry about. We, the staff support him doing this. Choose your battles carefully or you could easily end up on the other end of the irritating co-worker spectrum, no offense man.
