Spider Man 2

Why is it such a sad movie?

Because people got KILLED in it. Like when Anijj left Baku and all she got for her trouble was a glass sliver to the neck. Then there was that Octopus guy, who instead of making his living fondoling 8 babes and dudes at once on a stage somewhere, decided to make precious tritium, and all he got for his trouble was a lot of water and some gurgling noises.

Plus James Franco is the saddest excuse for an actor this side of Annapolis. Thats why it was a sad movie. :D

I meant sad, as in "damn, that Peter guy gets shit on a lot and can't catch a break"

But I can see your confusion.

Oh, that's simple. Stan Lee said that Peter Parker was the Bruce Wayne of Marvel. Misfortune and anguish during his beginnings are what makes him the superhero he is to become.

I'd rather watch something uplifting. Like Star Wars III.

And Natalie is hotter then that other chick who's name escapes me at the moment.

Natalie is kinda cute. But Kirsten Dunst was a cheerleader in Bring it On with Eliza Dushku, and both of them wore very short miniskirts that showed off their asses and long legs. Now excuse me while I go MASTURBATE.

OK, I see your point.

The misfortune of Parker goes on a bit too long, and Doc Ock robbing a bank is kind of dumb, but it's still a good movie. Not as good as X2, though, and Anna's hotter than Kirsten Dunst. So is Portman. Which is sad, because I found Dunst really hot in SpiderMan, but she looked haggard in Spiderman2. :(

Indeed. I agree on all counts.

SM2 would probably find its way in my top 20 movies.

The bit where Doc Oc wakes up in the OR and starts killing all the doctors TOTALLY fucking reminded me of any and all of the Evil Dead flicks, that sort of camera work is total Raime.

And Bring it On is a great movie. To spank to. Oh, and watch. But mostly spanking.

I think Spider-Man 2 is the closest Hollywood has come to replicating the experience of reading a comic.

I'D LIKE TO HEAR FROM SKINOFEVIL.

He's dead.

Daniel Dae Kim's character should have come back at the end of the movie and touched Mary Jane's thigh.

I was underwhelmed by Spiderman 2.
