Squid game on Netflix

I am disapointed that this is not an actual game to play on Netflix.

Same thing happened whenever Hunger Games came out.
 
I watched the first 3 and don’t really get what all the fuss is about so far. Watching with subs instead of dubs makes it better, but it’s not that innovative and so far I’ve not been drawn in by the characters.

There’s another show on Netflix called Alice in Borderland which has a similar concept but is much better imo.
 
I watched the first one. As usual the koreans LOVE to tell a story in detail, then things go fucking batshit.

I could only watch the first one, then I was emotionally exhausted. Will try tonight again.
 
They usually give you a quiet episode after to let you recover, the odd ones are extreme, the evens let you get your breath back.
 
I've watched the first two episodes. I'm impressed. Yeah, the premise is not original in the slightest but the character work and drama are top-notch. The main star is stellar as well.

Yeah I watched the first three episodes with some friends. One of my friends said it was so intense and exhausting he couldn't stand to watch more than 3 episodes at a time. Watching the next three episodes next Friday.
 
Just finished episode 5 and I'm totally hooked. One of the best shows I've watched in a LONG time. Usually, I'm wary about stuff that comes to my attention because it's the viral flavor of the month but this deserves all the praise it's had and then some. I have no idea how it's going to finish up and if the possibility of a season 2 will even be a thing depending on how it ends but I hope there is more to come.
 
Just wait till you see episode six. You might need to write about it the next day, you won't be up for it after.
