Star Trek: Generations is NOT canon...

...and I can prove it.

Ladies and gentlemen of the supposed jury, I submit to you the opening credits of "Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K0yiiivbJFU

Next, here's the main title for "Star Trek VIII: First Contact": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mhoa7oWPPhk

Finally, the end credits for "Star Trek VI" (sorry, but I couldn't find this without the ending of the movie. But the end title starts at 2:55): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=76if2ZZr2Nk

Clearly, these three musical pieces are closely related--and have nothing to do with the music from "Generations".

The only logical conclusion is that ST:VI and ST:VIII are actual, canon films, while ST:VII is some poorly conceived fan film that they managed to get the cast of the TNG series to appear in.

That is all.

Maybe it would have worked better if Picard had grabbed the Three-breasted tiger-alien from Trek V out of the Nexus?

Actually, come to think of it, I tend not to think about these things because it's a movie, and proving it one way or the other will not alter the rotational direction of the planet.

Oh, and thinking hurts anyway. It's better to post without a brain at all here. Too much pain when you try to use it, and the shrapnel inches closer.

I don't know why they keep making three breasted aliens when four seems a much more logical number.
