I want to smell dark matter
"There's no force more powerful than that of your imagination...wouldn't you agree?" he asked. No one replied. "I SAID, WOULDN'T YOU AGREE?"
He concentrated really hard. How hard could it be, he used to do it is a child.
Still nothing.
"I used to have imaginary friends," he said, to no one. "I just wanted them to come back..."
He lay down on his bed, alone. And waited. And cried. And waited.
"HELLO, GREGORY!" came a voice. He opened his eyes. He almost didn't dare sit up.
"Hello?" he said hesitantly, sitting up.
"YES?" said the caveman.
"YOU!"
"YES!"
"My imaginary caveman who speaks perfect English and agrees with everything I say!"
"That's right!" said the cavemen. "Well, until you wake-up."
"What?"
"This is a dream!" said the caveman, eating a pot noodle.
Gregory awoke in bed. He'd been asleep for two hours, but it felt as though no time had passed. It also felt like an eternity. He cried again. He couldn't even change his perception of reality anymore. This was it. He was stuck with it. He opened his bedroom window.
"FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK THE WOOOOOOOOOOOORLD!" he screamed out the open window. No one heard.
