I want to smell dark matter
She was sick of whatever it was they were talking about. In truth she didn't know what it was, she could barely concentrate at all, but she knew it wouldn't be something she'd be interested in. Nobody had said anything interesting all night. She considered it quite lucky that she was drunk.
She wandered outside. Someone was sleeping on the front lawn. She kept walking. She wasn't sure where she was going.
She saw a light in the sky. She stared. She wasn't imagining it. There was something up there, moving at an impossible speed, back and forth. She followed it with her eyes. Then it stopped, almost as if it knew she was watching. She ran back to the house and woke up the person sleeping on the garden.
"Aliens, ALIENS!" she said.
"Huh...what...Pokemon!" he said. He was very drunk. Music was blaring loudly from in the house.
"Aliens!"
"Can't hear you...can't beer you! Hehe!"
She looked up again, but the light was gone. She sat down on the lawn.
"Urgh," said the drunkard, and he was sick beside. She rolled over onto her side. It was going to be a long night.
