The avocado, do you mash it down to pulp or do you leave it in cubes?
 
Cumin! Yes.

I put curry in almost everything. It breaks down the amyloids and helps remove aluminum from the brain (alzheimer's).
 
The cumin is the same derivative. Curcummin, curry... the yellow color comes from that spice that gives mustard its bright yellow look.

I actually like avocado in slices, if it's not too ripe. Then it has the slightest soft crunch. Tastes like there's cold butter on your taco.
