Basically he messed it up the doctor covered it up because he knew he was fubar.

Every time anyone has surgery for a rotator cuff they are worse than they ever were before. Seriously, world wide they fuck up this surgery, I am of the opinion they dont have a clue what they are doing and are simply experimenting with techniques.
