So tonight I picked up something ehhhhhhhhhhxtra interesting -- Rogue Sriracha Stout.

I haven't cracked 'er open yet -- she's still chillin' in the freezer -- but as soon as I do, I'll report my exacting scientifical finderations!

Right! This stuff is GOOD! It opens with an almost porter-like sweetness of caramel and chocolate, then comes the Sriracha heat bearing a faintly citrus finish. Good shit!

Believe so. It was almost like a porter, though, with the chocolate and caramel tones.

Its been said once it loses it's refrigeration it's useless, but I'm betting you could chill it for a half day and check it out. BeerMaster rates it #1 and we love it. made right here in our backyard. very hoppy double IPA
