I find it so interesting how many posts there are on social media defending police officers. People rush to show a picture or share a story of a police officer doing something nice or good and then they follow it up with, "I'm so tired of all the negativity about the cops, so I am going to share this story about a cop doing something nice"
Thats like saying, "I'm so tired of all the negativity being reported about men, here is a picture of a man not raping someone" I KNOW THAT EXAMPLE IS EXTREME, But I think I could imagine myself saying that on stage.
Or, there is a lot of negativity about children running around, here is a picture of a child behaving.
Or, there are so many stories of women being gold diggers or not being good wives....here is a story about a woman who loves her husband.
Or there are so many stories of men cheating on women, here is a story of a happy couple.
Or here is a picture of a politician not lying or committing fraud or some other crime.
