I got a job!!! WOOOOOT!

Well, not officially, yet. The Assistant Principal needs to recommend me for the position, where HR does a background check. Since I have no Thelma and Louise adventures in my past, that's just a formality.

Sooooo.....

After a summer of sweating, and interviewing, and selling my soul to the devil for employment, I am once again a member of the workforce!

No more Ramen and Ketchup Soup! WOOT! (That last bit was for effect. It didn't get that bad. But pretty damn close. LOL)

One thing you will never find is "Mistress Friday's Dungeon of Detention". That was the first link to go. It cost me a few sessions with some very misbehaved students in the dungeon, but it was worth it.

HR in my district is notorious for dragging it's feet, so I'd say my background check should be done in the next week. I'm also going to need a physical and TB test, which I'm going to get done before I get the official forms, to save time.

So, my best guess is I'll be starting in a couple of weeks at the latest.
