Holy fuck!! I was more disturbed by how horrible Christian Bale looked than the movie itself. To see him in that, and now Batman Begins...the man is really into his craft.
Also saw Disco Pigs starring Cillian Murphy. Phenomenal movie. It's bizarre, but in a good way, and if you can get past Cillian's almost Jamacian Irish accent. I definitely recommend this one.
Then there was Leo, starring Joseph Fiennes and Elisabeth Shue. Unless you're a fan of Joseph, don't watch it. I could hardly follow the plot, and Dennis Hopper's character was utter nonsense.
Finally, The Price of Milk, a New Zealand jewel starring Karl Urban and Danielle McCormack. Karl actually uses his normal accent, rather than what he uses in LOTR and Xena. Another quirky film, but very sweet and fun. Besides...Karl's naked bum is in it. How wrong could that be?
