I was busy.
I'm looking for new places to live!
Just found one that's a gigantic, rehabbed 3/br row home for less than $1g a month.
And the one before that was another 3/br row home for $750/mo. It needs work, but for the size, it's a steal.
I can admit that Friday night, after 7 hours of house-hunting on foot in center city Philly, I came home and passed the hell out. That's for damn sure.
