If you liked Buffy there's NO REASON why you wouldnt' like Angel apart fromt he fact that it's somewhat different BUT OZ IS IN AN EPISODE IN SEASON ONE I THINK
 
Oh sure appeal to my Oz-loving loins...

I've seen several episodes and it is good but I don't have the utter love for it that I had/have for Buffy. I'm a freak of nature in that I didn't get into Buffy until the later seasons, so I'm not a rabid Buffy/Angel fan, and I think the later seasons are as good as (OK almost as good as) the early seasons.

Well the Buffyverse reaches its peak when Angel says "yet somehow I can't seem to care" if you ask me (you didn't.)
 
sTILL a valid point, though... it's that joss feel, baby... if you got into the Buffy in later seasons you liked how the characters grew and developed the whole time and shit... Angel's got that, with a little buffy backstory to make it potent but still a bunch of shit all it's own and shit.

plus when he goes to the alternate dimension and shit that shit is awesome!
