1 When Sisko was leading the fleet against the dominion, he was meant to be made an admiral by the writers of DS9, this was vetoed by B&B who didnt want Sisko to be higher in rank than Picard or Janeway, of course only a few years later Janeway was made an Admiral.
2 While writing first contact, they smashed the fuck out the defiant, a ship specifically designed for fighting the borg, in DS9 the damage was never metioned, presumably because the writers were so pissed at the way their ship was handled for the film.
3 The breen attack on earth in DS9 desolated starfleet command, and this was ignored in both voyager and the subsequent TNG films
4 No DS9 movies because (they wouldnt be ecomincally viable) instead we get insurection and nemisis, two of the poorest perfoming films financially.
5 Quark cameo in insurection canned, Holodoc and Neelix actor cameos intact in FC, along with Janeway cameo in Nemisis.
