Do they really work? I don't know what the fuck I ate today that caused my stomach to do this, but its pretty fucking gross LOL! I have a very upset stomach.
Actually I ate this "meal replacement" bar thing-for working out and stuff-and I think that is what fucking did it-because I have never ate it before-and will never eat it again.
GROSS!

Yeah...so I took a shower this morning, layed on my bed and 20 minutes later I threw up. This is a fun day. I tried to eat lunch but couldn't keep that down either. So now I am really hungry and my ass hurts too.

Tums works for the heartburn after i have been drinking but never really settles my stomach when its upset. You need some milk to settle the stomach, maybe some room temp gatorade to stay hydrated and of course tlc. nothing carbonated for sure.
