Is there a problem with supplying Israel with any support?
Should we be feeding Hezbollah/Hamas equal intel to give "balance"?
It's interesting that the "We hate Bush" people have common ground with the "We hate Israel" people. Bush has been roundly derided by the left by his refusal to pressure Israel to give up land for peace, this has been counted as not being engaged in the "peace" process.
Nothing speaks so well of Bush's Middle East foreign policy than the fact that these two groups of haters are united against Bush, America, and Israel. Bush is doing the right thing.
Blumenthal claims to be in touch with "a national security official with direct knowledge of the operation" to supply Israel with signals intelligence from American assets to help it monitor armament transfers from Syria and Iran to Hezbollah.
Good! Interesting how the left just admits the truth in the above sentence, all the while screaming that Israeli is just targeting innocent civilians in Lebanon.
How could we be monitoring armament transfers "from Syria and Iran to Hezbollah" when the left SCREAMS that this is the natural homegrown feeling of the people in Lebanon? We shouldn't be able to track what the left screams isn't there, right?
Sydney Blumenthal can't answer that, nor can left-wing bloggers, but they have answered that Bush should be the one trusted with national security, not them.
