O'hai!!
So I bought this Bug thing, its an air freshener for mah car, this is it
This is what its manufacturer says about it:
Unlike other auto air fresheners that warn against contact with vinyl and dangle annoyingly from the mirror or dashboard, the Bug was designed to cling to a car's vinyl dashboard, mirror' or console."Anyone living in the Sunbelt will tell you how harsh a car's dashboard environment is," said Alan Wheatley, Chief Marketing Officer of HandStands, the Bug's developer and manufacturer.
HandStands also designed and developed the very popular and industry-;auded Sticky Pad®. (Millions of Sticky Pads have sold in just three years.) "The Bug was tested at more than 200 degrees Fahrenheit for more than two weeks and survived without melting. The Bug retains its form and vinyl-friendliness even on the hottest, sunniest days."Compared with hanging auto air fresheners, the Bug's improved scent-release design lasts up to three times longer and releases at a steadier rate.
Bullshit, the Bug melted all over my dash!!! When I tried to get the residue off, it stripped the paint off with it, leaving an ugly Bug -goo dribble stain on the dash.
So I take this thing back and tell the dude about he, and he's all like "O yas they do that, the managers car got screwed by one of those"and I was all like, then why the fuck do u sell it dumb cunt?
Anyways, so I was asking some rev-heads about it, how to fix it balbnalbala
and they suggested painting thru to a new dash along with complaining to teh manufacturer; so I complained to them, the importer and distributor, and they are gunna pay for the entire repairz!!!! w0000000t!!
I didn't tell them it happened over 2yrs ago tho kekekekekekekekek
Ya, so don't ever buy one of these Bug thingz, they suck.
Kthnx
