With all due respect, Jay, I am not misleading. I have no reason for that. There is no question that I am taking a risk by even posting in this thread. And that's what Bridgette first alluded to in her post above. And that's what I reiterated in my post. But please, let's get back on topic. One of the topics relevant to this thread is the duration of warning points which many members have expressed serious misgivings about. Another one is the issue surrounding replies to members' inquiries from the moderators. Yet another one is the potential self-censorship of members due to not wishing to evoke the ire of a mod who may hold the opposite view on a particular controversial issue. There have been many suggestions made here in hope of rectifying these things.

Well, Jay, I am not going to discuss the specifics of my previous points with you here as that in itself is a violation of the rules and will get me and perhaps even you more points in the present as you so eloquently put it. If you are truly interested may I suggest we go to a different venue and have that dialog. Anybody here would be welcome to tag along.
