Heinz tomato soup and two slices of thick buttered toast;
Strawberries with double cream and a sprinkling of sugar;
1 apple and a handful of grapes

Later, I shall be reading whilst eating:-

Roast pork, cabbage, potatoes and broccoli. Probably followed by 4 custard creams dunked in a cuppa tea.
