What will YOU do with your spinach?

I've got mine with butter and rice. When I've gotten enough of it for a few weeks, I'll probably kill someone.

I eat it with red wine vinegar or cooked up in my eggs.

Cook it, drain it, cut it up and mix it with Ricotta and stuff my Ravioli with it.

Unless it's buried in a dip or filling, I only eat it raw in salads.

Cooked spinach = blech.
Spinach salad with a little mushroom, chopped egg and crumbled bacon = yum.

thin sliced steak wrapped around shredded carrots, spinach leaf, mild provolone and browned in virgin olive oil, then simmered in diced tomatoes with fresh garlic and served on a bed of whole-grain pasta.

I like it creamed with diced potato and caulliflower, minced ginger and garlic, a little bit of cumin and a dash of tumeric.
