Got a dollar bill today in change from a vendor. On it was stamped "Currency Tracking Study." Went to the website provided - Where's George? ® 2.4 - and followed the easy instructions to find out where this dollar bill has been.
This particular bill didn't have much history but it was still interesting. A person started tracking this 2006 bill a little over 2 years ago 17 miles from my current location. Wonder where it had been before it was entered and where all it has been since the person before me entered in the tracking information. Surely this bill hasn't been circulating in a small 17 mile area.
