Well, I just looked it up.

Wee Jimmy Krankie was going to be my first answer because I thought it was a made up name. (the pictures took long to load on my slow internet) And then I thought definitely Mike Meyers, and then I had to look up what a first Minister does and then I thought, "Well, Captainwacky's name isn't on this list"
